I read about this product before I purchased it and it lived up to my expectations. There are more settings than my last blow-dryer, and it dries my hair faster without getting too hot.
The reviews didn't disappoint and I took the plunge on this dryer and will never go back to my previous brands! It's lightweight, low noise, and faster than any other dryer I've tried.
I love this hair drier because it dries my hair so much quicker than any other hair drier I have used.
The hair dryer was on sale, only at WalMart! It was $17 more at Amazon and Ulta! The dryer is awesome. I love it!
I've had this dryer for about a week and I've used it three times. So far, I love it. It's very lightweight. I think the cord is heavier than the actual dryer. The low heat setting (not to be confused with the cold button) is really great for less heat intensive drying and my hair loved it. In other dryers, I've had to hold down the cold button to get anything other than hot and it hurts my hands. I recommend this powerful but lightweight dryer.
The hair dryer is amazing! The good is that the extreme heat dries my hair much quicker than my previous one, the GHD. It's much cheaper too. The cool-touch housing protects your fingers too. The only drawbacks is that there is no diffuser and it's only available in one color. The bottom line is that it's a great brand and it dries hair really quick with little fuss.
I searched for weeks reading reviews from many sites. I narrowed it down to this item and just going cheap at local W.M. and just getting new ones when they die. Then I saw this one at WalMart for so much less than other sites I decided to go for it. I have thick long hair and was tired of the motors burning out on the Revlon models so far I LOVE this one, Babyliss is quieter than my last, lighter but it dries FASTER and my hair is smoother. I finish off with the cool setting and it's nice not to have to hold down a button to do so, it stays on cool plus there is a blast of cooler air button, when I do this I don't even have to straighten my hair, it's like I had a salon blow out. It's a contemporary blue/silver color. Oh, and the cord is long so I can walk around the bath room and using it.
I have thinning hair and wanted something to boost volume like they do in salons. This blow dryer was great in reducing frizz, my hair was very shiny and smooth and conditioned afterwards, however not much volume at all, even at the highest speed. Ultimately, volume is what I needed so I'll be returning it. The concentrator fell off just once when using and went right back in so Ididnt' have an issue with that.
I like the light weight and minimal noise, however the switches are located in such a place that I'm constantly inadvertently turning it off as I hold the handle. This is very annoying.
Quit working in just over 4 months. I dry my hair 2-3 times a week. Very disappointing.
